Experienced Project Architect

• Familiar with projects in Australia (BCA, Australian Standards, ect.) is advantageous

• Have experiences with commercial, multi-residential and high-rise projects

• Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure project specifications are effectively addressed.

• Create architectural designs and drawings using CAD for various projects; proficiency in Archicad is advantageous but not required.

• Simultaneously manage multiple projects while upholding exceptional quality standards.

• Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Engage in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Work closely with the internal team to synchronize project objectives and timelines.

• Supervise project documentation and prepare necessary reports as required.

• At least 5 years of experience in architectural practice is essential.

• Proficiency in Archicad is a plus; familiarity with other design software is also advantageous.

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are crucial.

• Proven ability to manage projects from initial concept through to final execution.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong attention to detail combined with effective problem-solving abilities.

• A degree in Architecture or a related discipline is required.

• Registration as an Architect or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
