OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
• Develop business, handle technical service and support customers in commercial and technical aspects, focusing on coatings for the footwear and toy industry.
• Build and execute activities for sustainable business growth.
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
Sales development
• Establish and maintain close relationships with customers to enhance business partnerships and position our company as the preferred supplier.
• Create and implement sales plans, actions, and services, aiming to achieve sales budgets and target margins.
• Proactively align customer forecasts, track order implementations, and analyze discrepancies with customers to identify reasons.
• Coordinate and ensure product delivery, right quality, right quantity and right time and complete sale process (from order to cash).
• Discuss and negotiate with customers about offering, pricing and business models
Technical service
• Provide technical support for footwear and toy industries’ business in Vietnam.
• Provide comprehensive technical guidance to customers, address claims and resolve issues to ensure smooth production processes.
• Organize and execute line trials for customers to ensure compatibility with their production lines.
• Support the trial of new technologies and facilitate the launch of innovative products.
• Collect and analyze customers’ feedback on product performance and provide problem-shooting technical service to customers.
• Provide inputs and recommendations for developing / evaluating product applications, defining marketability, modifications and termination of ineffective products.
New customer development
• Conduct thorough market intelligence to understand customer needs, analyze competitors’ products and pricing, and identify target customers.
• Explore, identify, and develop new customer accounts, delivering impactful sales presentations and workshops to promote our solutions and increase brand awareness.
• Provide attractive offerings that align with both customer needs and company objectives, fostering long-term business relationships.
Credit management
• Monitor the growth of the customers’ business, review and coordinate with credit control to make appropriate credit recommendations.
• Follow up payment collections and ensure on-time payment from the customers.
Additional assignments
• Handle other assignments (if any) in a timely manner
Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in sales and technical service, preferably in the coatings, chemical, footwear or toy industries.
• Experiences in handling the coating materials and applications.
• Good knowledge in coatings’ materials and processing.
• Ability to adapt to different working principles of different customers.
• Ability to solve technical issues in failure products or incidents efficiently.
• Ability in building and maintaining relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Ability to communicate English in both verbal and written.
• Strong teamwork spirit and a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Computer skills (MS. Office).
