Job description

• Supervises drafting and products engineering functions.

• Participates in the development and implementation of systems designed to enhance the quality of engineering services.

• Oversees the order launch process.

• Ensures jobs are prepared for manufacturing within required time frame.

• Develops the associated engineering issues and Machine specifications.

• Supervises engineering support to production on all aspects of product design, development, costing, application, ETC.

• Initiates activities to improve engineering support to customers and other departments through the use and application of technology, education/ training, communication, and engineering

• Coordinates continuous improvement activities/programs with employees

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a strong background in Equipment Engineering.

• Experience must be in the five to ten-years category with diversified work experience in the above-referenced categories.

• With a strong background in IATF TS16949/ ISO14001 management.

• Also need to be sector in automotive industries.

• English fluently
