Job Scope

- Conduct interactive and engaging live online and offline lessons.

- Prepare lesson plans that follow sound pedagogical practices.

- Generate interesting ideas to increase engagement during lessons.

- Handle studio/teaching equipment to maximise the learning experience.

- Incorporate special effects into lessons to boost showmanship and viewership.

- Develop a quality curriculum that works in tandem with our back-end AI system to collect useful insights.

- Analyse relevant data to tailor lessons according to students’ needs.

- Inspire a love for the subject through passion and enthusiasm.

- English content creation and development for special courses and programs.

- Other curriculum-related and administrative tasks set by the Head of Curriculum or Academic Lead.

- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2+) and Vietnamese.

- Degree / Masters in the field of Education: English (strongly desired).

- CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certification with observed teaching.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience, with 1 year of online teaching experience.

- Experience teaching in a live-streaming context/delivering webinars (1-way interaction).

- Lively, enthusiastic, and energetic personality and passionate about education.

- Excellent lesson delivery skills.

- Hungry to learn with a growth mindset and great learning agility.

- Strong sense of ownership to initiate, lead and drive changes for work that directly or indirectly contributes to departmental/company goals.

- Excellent track record in showing improvement in students' result.

- Working time: 3 weekdays (12:00 pm - 9:00 pm) & 2 weekend day (10:00 am - 7:00 pm).

- Working location: 246 Cong Quynh, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
