Engineering Manager - Fire Security

This attractive job opportunity is open for engineering management professionals with strong technical expertise and exceptional leadership abilities to guide our design team, champion standardisation initiatives, and foster collaboration across the organisation Description * Oversee project requirements by managing documentation, plans, and design changes while monitoring job costs * Conduct and supervise site surveys, field checks, and inspections as needed, ensuring proper documentation and process adherence; * Lead and develop a design team through mentoring, training, and workload management, including recruitment and resource allocation; * Coordinate with Sales and Project Managers to establish and maintain design schedules, ensuring commitment dates are met; * Lead design meetings and participate in turnover meetings, driving standardisation and best practices across locations; * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and status reporting; * Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices to drive continuous improvement; Profile * Higher Degree in Engineering, preferably within fire protection design; * 5+ year of proven experience in engineering/design, relevant certifications are strongly preferred; * Minimum 3 year leadership experience, demonstrating strong team management capabilities; * Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, HydraCAD, MS Office, building codes, relevant standards and requirements; * Strong understanding of commercial/industrial building construction with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications; * Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English; Job Offer The company will provide competitive renumeration and career growth opportunities Page Group Vietnam is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
