Job description

The Engineer will lead the design and implementation of efficient FedEx operation processes in customs clearance. Responsibilities of this position include process optimization and automation tool requirements gathering, project management, testing and implementation. In addition to local VN projects, the engineer will also be participating in regional and global projects and responsible for providing engineering support in the design and development of solutions to improve operation efficiency, service level and customer experience.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of work experience in project coordination, industrial engineering, operations management, analysis, network planning in the aviation industry, or related fields

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
