Engineer (Binh Duong, MEP)

• Overall, all MEP and report to Site Manager/Project Manager on progress of works, site issues.

• Provide prompt supervision to ensure quality and timely completion.

• Supervise the construction of mechanical/electrical/plumbing and Fire Fighting works, attend and certify all MEP T&C to ensure that it is complying with construction specifications, standards, procedures and design requirements.

• Review the shop drawings submitted by the Contractor

• Coordinate with others trade C&S and Arch for pushing site progress to meet the schedule.

• Able to monitor the design/ construction of MEP technically for high-rise, low-rise projects.

• Able to manage and coordinate with the contractors on site to ensure the progress, quality and safety.

• Engineer degree in relevant recruitment position and have at least 5 years site experience in the similar position in high rise building/low-rise/township

• Having experience working for a developer or consultant will be an added advantage.

• Must be able to communicate and write in English fluently.

• Having a construction supervision license would be an added advantage.

• Willing to work shift/weekend/overtime.

• Working in Ho Chi Minh/Binh Duong

• Possess positive attitude such as willing to learn, honest, dynamic and good working behavior.
