1. Employer Branding
• Develop and Enhance Employer Brand: Build and strengthen the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
• Digital Presence: Increase visibility on digital platforms and engage with potential candidates.
• Branding Events: Organize employer branding activities at universities and internal engagement events.
• Recruitment Community: Foster a vibrant recruitment community within the company.
• Content Management: Oversee and manage content across all recruitment channels.
• Event Coordination: Plan and supervise job fairs, interview events, workshops, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Awards Participation: Monitor participation in employer branding awards and communicate achievements both internally and externally.
• Internship and Talent Programs: Implement activities for internships and recruit young talent.
2. Recruitment
• Activity Monitoring: Oversee recruitment activities and assess their effectiveness regularly.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes in line with current trends.
• Recruitment Management System: Develop and maintain a robust Recruitment Management System.
3. Compliance and Labor Relations
• Policy Supervision: Manage the development, adjustment, and enforcement of Labor Regulations and Collective Labor Agreements.
• Workplace Engagement: Organize regular dialogues, employee conferences, and appreciation events for long-serving staff.
• Health and Well-being Initiatives: Oversee programs aimed at improving workplace nutrition and employee well-being.
• Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve employee complaints related to harassment and inappropriate behavior.
4. Additional Responsibilities
• Team Performance: Ensure the overall performance and results of the Recruitment, Compliance, and Labor Relations team.
• Staff Monitoring: Supervise and support recruitment team members in their roles.
• Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to staff in recruitment and compliance functions.
• Task Management: Complete all assigned tasks and goals within the scope of management responsibilities.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law: Strong understanding of labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation abilities combined with sharp business acumen.
• Management and Planning: Proven experience in management, strategic planning, and effective implementation of initiatives.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage resources effectively.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role or field.
• Responsibility and Trustworthiness: Highly responsible and trustworthy, demonstrating integrity in all professional dealings.
• Language proficiency: Good command in English with both verbal & written.
