Electrical Senior Specialist

• Co-ordinate with the design consultants to review MEP design drawings is comply with client’s requirements and standards.

• Prepare technical specifications of equipment and materials for MEP tender documents.

• Come up with design ideas and detailed designs for small-scale projects

• Take off the quantity of MEP system (Electrical, ELV system, Fire service and motor control system is main task) according to design states.

• Control MEP work at site (according to the company's decision)

• Have knowledge about local code (QCVN, TCVN) and in-depth understand about power system, extra-low voltage system, BMS, Fire alarm system.

• Graduate from technical university (Electrical engineering)

• Have design certificate for electrical system (grade I or grade II), or Fire fighting certificate is an advantage.

• At least 05 years working experience in domain design, construction MEP systems.

• Use well AutoCad, power point. word, excel, can use BIM, Revit MEP is an advantage.

• Can communication by English and can use English in MEP work (report, drawing, documentation…)

• Submit CV by English and attach college degree and related certificates.
