***Job Purpose

Working with mechanic members design and apply suitable devices and fixtures to aid production to up productivity, improvement process and reduce sewing machine operator, cutting operator…

***Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for company equipment development with mechanical engineer, in charge of electrical design: include programming, electrical drawings, electrical component selection, BOM list, equipment manuals and so on.

2. Offer scheme for the deficiencies in electronic control of existing equipment and improve, optimize, evaluate, implement it.

3. Provide electrical technical support for the production and operation of existing equipment.

4. Guide electrical technicians to deal with and solve electrical faults in workshop equipment.

5. Training of electrical technicians in electronic control technology.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS

a) Education & Qualification Requirements

• Junior University degree or above, electrical, electronic, machinery, mechatronics or related majors,

b) Experience Requirements

• Three years or more working experience in writing program by PLC of automation machine.

c) Technical competency Requirements

• Master of Mitsubishi PLC can use mainstream and common PLC such as Siemens, Panasonic, Xinje and so on...

• Can use E-plam or Auto CAD to draw circuit diagram.

• Master of HMI touch screen can use mainstream touch screen to programming.

• Experience in doing projects independently.

• Master of motion control (servo, step), and process control (temperature control).

• Experienced in automation equipment in the garment industry (sewing, seamless equipment) will be an advantage.
