Electric Control Supervisor

1- Maintenance: Plan the purchase of electrical equipment and machinery components; Manage oil and electricity consumption; early detect unusual cases and come up with countermeasures.

2- Understanding of Mitsubishi PLC, Mitsubishi Servo. Improvements in PLC programming and machinery (both hardware and software) to reduce production downtime and minimize waste products. Support to deploy and install digitalization system in processes of the factory.

3- Development: Design, process and install new machines.

4- Perform other tasks as requested by the Department manager and Director.

5 - Fluently read technical drawings

- Male, age under 35

- Graduated from University - Electric/ Mechantronics Major.

- Have at least 3 year experience about electric system, automation, programing in production factories.

- Experience of PLC, HMI programing (Mitsubishi)

- Good knowledge about automation protocol, ethernet, SCADA.

- Can setting inverter (Mitsubishi, fuji, Toshiba…), servo of misubishi.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawing, manuals.

- Have at least 2 year experience about management (4M).

- Willing to work on holidays and go on local and oversea business trip.

- Good English/Japanese skills are preferred.

- Mechanical: Can read the machine drafting symbol and can use Auto-Cad.

- Electrical: Understand electric symbol and sequence program; can read the drawing of high-voltage and low-voltage.
