EHS Internal Auditor

Job Summary: As an HSE Auditor at GFT group, you will be responsible for conducting audits to assess the adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and GFT standards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with both local and GFT standards, promoting a safe and sustainable working environment. Our job performance is within the framework of the GFT System, HSE policy, procedures, client’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Execution: Perform HSE audits on GFT sites to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

• Compliance Assessment: Evaluate existing HSE management systems and practices to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment with best practices. Tracking and monitoring improvements

• Interaction: Communicate effectively with Safety Officer in sites to understand their HSE problems and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of audits, findings, and corrective actions taken.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with changes in HSE regulations and standards to ensure audits reflect the latest requirements.

• Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to employees and internal teams on HSE practices and compliance requirements.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing HSE

• Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 internal audit is a plus)

• Skills: Strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively

• Language: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is required.
