EHS Engineer

- Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Production Safety:

1. Organize daily on-site EHS inspection and rectification and implementation of hidden dangers, such as on-site inspection of 5S, safety and PPE implementation and potential safety risks investigation, etc

2. Organize and carry out safety-related training in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, carry out emergency and fire safety drills, and improve the safety awareness of all staff;

3. Cooperate with site to investigate and deal with safety accidents, output relevant reports, and track corrective measures;

4. Review the qualifications of contractors and suppliers and supervise and

manage construction safety；

5. Create work safety culture, such as work safety Culture month and other

activities

• Occupational Health:

1. Coordination and management of epidemic prevention；

2. Develop and improve the PPE management process, ensure that it

meets the site safety operation, and check regularly; Self-owned/outsourcing units and other PPE daily implementation, and urge rectification；

3. Arrange and coordinate the assessment, testing and management of

occupational hazard factors；

4. Coordinated arrangement and judgment of physical examination results before, during and after Posting；

5. Employee occupational health records.

• Environment Protection:

1. Coordinate testing related to environmental protection

2. Hazardous waste management and analysis

3. Chemical supervision and managemen

• System Management:

1. Coordinated the promotion of related systems, including ISO14001,45001 and other systems ISO14001,45001 ；

2. Control and control of DCC documents, including regular effectiveness

evaluation, distribution and filing, etc DCC.

• Others:

1. Update and maintain EHS government website information EHS；

2. Monthly and annual security report statistics and analysis；

3. Other EHS related work assigned by the leader

Education:

- Bachelor degree or above

Technical Profile:

- Safety, environment or engineering major;

Critical Competences:

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience as a full-time safety officer in a related company

• Knowledge of safety laws and regulations

• Knowledge of ISO system

• Obtain a registered safety engineer certificate

• English as a working language

• Have learn and drive ability

• Work voluntarily and act responsibly

• Analysis and problem-solving skills

Communication Profile:

• Good communication skills and cross-functional coordination

Computer Literate: Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other office automation software
