Ecommerce Executive

This role is responsible for managing all e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, and TikTok Shop, to achieve e-commerce business objectives.

1. Contents management:

• Ensuring information about images, and content is complete, professional, and accurate.

• Always keep the shop and product information up to date.

• Manage content for Product, and promotion banners and work with the partner to follow the design guide (identity).

2. Budget Management and Optimization:

• Effectively manage advertising budget – onsite & offsite.

• Monitor and analyze advertising spending efficiency, making timely adjustments.

• Manage Commercial Plan: Monthly & Yearly Business Plan for the whole E-commerce Channel.

• Manage Promotion Plan: Pricing, Voucher, Free ship base Marketing Budget & Sales Target.

• Manage marketing packages: Preparation, marketing, design, operation, etc.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize data analysis tools to track campaign performance.

• Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, presenting findings to management and relevant departments.

• Continuously test and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.

• Analyze market trends and competitors to develop new strategies.

4. Stock management:

• Working with the logistic team to check the current stock status and keep product performance on-site well.

• Education: bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.

• Experience: 3 years of experience in online marketing, preferably working in brand or e-commerce agencies.

• Ability to work independently, and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize tasks effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and the e-commerce market

• Passion for marketing and e-commerce, particularly in the Electronics (EL) category.

• Contract period: 8-9 months (can be extended upon qualification)
