E-Com Planning Lead

Main purpose of the position:
• Play a pivortal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance our digital presence and optimize conversion rates to maximize the impact of CBVN eB2C category growth via digital marketing campaigns & onsite solutions.
Job responsibilities:
• Campaign Planning: Manage execution of end-to-end onsite marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion rate by planning campaign delivery, utilizing data analytics tools to track campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven optimizations.
• Retail Media Management: Manage relationships with retail media partners and other performance marketing solutions for advertising and promotional campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• 6P Category Deployment: Implement aligned 6P strategies for eB2C online channels to drive channel performance by delivering key portfolio, promotion planning & deployment and pricing compliance initiatives.
• Digital Shelf Optimization: Set up, implement and optimize digital shelf to drive user engagement, boost search ranking and increase conversion rate by managing content agency, applying and monitoring performance of defined 6P strategies.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization to enable continuous improvement and maximize effectiveness.
• Stay updated of industry trends, market changes, and best practices to continuously optimize strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Other tasks assigned by E-com Strategy & Planning Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field
• 3 years of experience in similar role with proven experience in E-Commerce, with a focus on digital marketing and retail media management
• Proven track record of driving successful online marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve results in a competitive market environment.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
