Dynamics 365 Business & Functional Consultant

This position requires skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants who will be responsible for configurations of Dynamics 365 modules, assisting clients throughout the implementation project, providing guidance and support for customized solutions. This position requires knowledge and expertise in the Dynamics 365 F&O or Business Central and in functional areas of Finance, Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing, and will be involved in full cycle of project implementation.

Tasks and Deliverables include:

- Direct meeting with customers to capture and define client’s business requirements

- Based on practical Dynamics business solutions and industry best practices, translate these business requirements into Functional Requirement Document, Gap/Fit Analysis, functional design documents for Fit & Gap,

- Design and re-engineer business processes using best practices and standard Dynamics business procedures.

- Document testing scripts, training documents and progress updates throughout implementation lifecycle.

- Support clients to prepare and provide master data in accurate templates and format, review and perform data import to the new system to cut over.

- Provide functionality demonstrations and training to customers’ users,

- Work closely with the other teams to assist in the design, conduct unit testing as well as integrated testing.

- Assist in go live procedures and post go live support.

- Ensure Quality projects are delivered; be able to foresee and explain project risks, issues or problems and propose solutions or alternatives.

- Up to date with Dynamics 365 technology.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in consultant role; have experience in project implementation such as design, configuration, testing, training, support and reporting

- Provide expertise in one field of Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing

- Certificates on Dynamics 365 is a plus

- Strong verbal and written communication (English/Vietnamese)

- Proficiency in creating project documents

- Effective teamwork with project team

- Is a self-motivated, organized and comfortable working in both a team and independent environment

- Willing to learn new technologies
