We are an AI Fintech company specializing in assessing credit profiles of consumers in emerging markets combining pioneering AI with large alternative data sources. In 2020 we reached our ambitious milestone of credit profiling 1bn consumers spanning 4 countries - Vietnam, Indonesia, India & the Philippines - and building a platform for the wider industry and the financial services industry, in particular, to provide the 'un & under' served access to credit. At the core of this initiative has been our strict and unwavering adherence to the norms of consumer data privacy and consumer data rights.

As a Director of Acquisition - Credit Card Partnership at Trusting Social, you will have the ultimate responsibility for decision-making and prioritization for driving acquisition partnership strategy, to offer the best digital experience and credit card product offers to consumers. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that cater to the unique needs of our partners and customers.
The Director of Acquisition - Credit Card Partnership will report to the Head of the Co-lending Partnership.
What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive credit card acquisition targets.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the financial services industry.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
- Oversee the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives, including managing & building the acquisition partnership department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives and drive acquisition results.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives, and strategies, providing regular reports to the executive team and Board of Directors.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

- Excellence in English in both written and oral.

- Proven experience in partnership development and management within the financial services industry.
- Extensive experience in working with electronic retailers such as Mobile World, FPT Shop, Hoang Ha Mobile, CellphoneS, and similar third-party channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding acquisition targets.
- Learning ability and strong self-motivation to capture new knowledge.
- Capability to zoom in and out on a problem.
- Effective problem-solving skills under pressure with a strong sense of customer empathy and rapid & precise responses.
