Director Assistant / Operation Executive

Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Director Assistant/ Operation Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support the Director in various functions, including sales, product development, operations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a high level of responsibility in managing assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, product portfolio.
• Order Execution for domestic & export market in prospecting, working with
suppliers, vendors, forwarders to ship products, quality check before shipping at sites
• Traceability Report of each shipment
• Maintain and update customer databases and records.
2. Product Development:
• Support in packaging concepts, label contents, registrations, sampling
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams on product specifications.
• Assist in preparing product documentation and promotional materials, launching
products
3. Operations:
• Inventory management, samples delivery
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to the Director.
• Address operational challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Handle registration for organic & related certifications
• Supplier, vendor & supply chain management
4. Administrative Tasks:
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during discussions.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing on behalf of the Director.
• Manage calendars and travel arrangements.
5. Other Duties:
• Undertake special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.
• Contribute to cross-functional collaboration within the organization.
• Admin tasks

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team.
