Mô tả công việc
In charge of digital marketing activities across social media channels, including:
1. Digital Marketing Planning & Execution
- Take in charge of planning and execution of digital performance campaigns across social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to ensure high-impact digital marketing campaigns across key online platforms.
- Establish comprehensive performance marketing strategies that support business objectives, such as customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
2. Performance Marketing Measurement & Optimization:
- Lead the measurement and tracking of all digital marketing initiatives, utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other reporting platforms.
- Provide performance analysis, brainstorm creative contents for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, new features, and best practices within digital marketing, especially across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
3. Corporate brand and product brand.
- Support in ATL/ BTL activities to improve the brand portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and design functional PICs to develop compelling, high-converting ad creatives tailored for each social media platforms.
4. Budget Monitoring:
- Oversee the budget for digital marketing campaigns.
- Regularly report on budget usage, forecast future needs, and optimize financial resources for maximum impact.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
2. Working experience:
- At least 5+ years’ experience of related roles which is hands-on in digital performance marketing, with extensive experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, and marketing dashboards.
- Expertise in SEO, content marketing, and CRM integrations to complement performance marketing efforts.
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
- Excellence in Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills
- Excellence in Project & Strategy planning
- Strong and in-depth, hands-on platform knowledge. Adept in use of analytical tools for monitoring and optimizing performance.
- Strong Budget Management & Consumer insight
- Strong people Management and development
