Digital IT Support Engineer

- Provide day-to-day technical support for our in-house supply chain systems, ensuring that the business users can perform their day-to-day functions as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures & the IT strategy. - Deliver timely support for value chain systems across product development, order management, purchase orders, and manufacturing operations. - Assist end-users with system-related inquiries and provide training when necessary. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues. - Ensure system documentation is up to date and accurate.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, or a related field of study, or relevant professional experience. - 5 years or above experience with Supply Chain functional areas across: Product Development, Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing. - Practical experience in SQL (Oracle or PostgreSQL) operations. Technical knowledge of AWS and Java is a plus. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively handle demanding users. - Proficiency in system troubleshooting and root cause analysis. - Familiarity with integrating ERP and PLM systems with digital applications.
