Designer – Womenswear

- Research and analyses womenswear trends, including key shapes, fabrics, and color forecasting, with insights

into either the European, UK, or Japanese/Korean markets.

- Source fabrics and trims aligned with market trends and customer identity.

- Oversee fabric and trim research, maintaining clear communication with overseas vendors.

- Develop and refine sketches and line sheets to meet design goals.

- Prepare presentation materials for customer meetings and collaborate with sales teams or directly present

designs to customers when required.

- Monitor sample requests and ensure timely shipping and delivery.

- Edit and adjust designs, prints, and specifications to meet customer requirements.

- Stay updated on market trends and align them with the brand’s design philosophy.

- Coordinate product development, prototype creation, and sample management across teams.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the fashion industry, with market knowledge in at least one of the

following: the European, UK, Japanese/Korean, or Australian markets.

- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, market dynamics, and garment production processes.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Skilled in research, analysis, and presenting design ideas effectively.

- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.

- Adaptable, innovative, and able to problem-solve independently.

- Professional and positive attitude under all circumstances.
