* BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Marketing Manager in managing all marketing activities in the company, ensure all the daily
activities are under control
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Develop quality content that matches with brand images also able to nurture and strengthen networks with Media, i.e. online and offline, PR Agencies and all stakeholders.
- Manage and lead the marketing team members to deliver set targets of the department.
* PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement the Annual Marketing plan, including
annual budgets and operation forecasts; produces regular and special reports; maintains required records and files.
- Create brand communication and develop media plans
- Prepare launch plan for new products
- Work closely with Sales managers to detect and adapt tactical plans to Sales force needs
- Develop and maintain a reliable marketing intelligent system; Together with the Marketing Manager to provide BOM and related departments accurate information of market trends, external environment, and industry analysis concerning the assigned area.
- Manage, nurture and strengthen networks with all types of Media [online and offline], PR Agencies and all stakeholders.
- Write, edit, approve content plans on all platforms, as well as maintain press materials.
- Oversight of PR agency accounts, be responsible for building system, process, and culture for key
marketing functionalities assigned by HOD, such as merchandising/printing/design system, online, PR, internal communication.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns, events, well manage the activities and effectiveness.
- Together with the Marketing Manager to provide BOM and related departments accurate information of market trends, external environment and industry analysis, as well as recommend concerning products and business improvement and development based on sound analysis;
- To monitor, analyze and update LLV perspectives on the market, competitors, & customers as they relate to specific products’, services areas of responsibility.
- Co-Operate the digital marketing system to make sure it fits with LLV business structure and direction, provide training and coaching for staff to run the system.
- Improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results and optimize campaigns
- Interact with sales for flow of data and sales closures;
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications.
- A minimum of five (5) years work experience in marketing managerial levels.
- Having a solid knowledge and strong experience on overall marketing management, strong at Public Relations and Communications.
- Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to deal effectively with all business contacts and manage high-profile relationships with clients and members of the media.
- Strong organizational skills, a must. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to multitask and handle high-stress situations.
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to LLV standards.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace, both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent English is encouraged.
- Superior diplomatic and communication skills, both oral and written. Very well organized, computer-literate, and detail-oriented.
