Deputy Chief Financial Officer
Job description
• Budget Planning and Monitoring: Lead the annual budget planning process, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Monitor and report on the progress of budget implementation.
• Financial Strategy and Management: Collaborate in developing the company's financial strategy. Oversee the annual review of financial management systems and recommend necessary organizational changes to enhance efficiency.
• Tax Reporting and Cost Analysis: Prepare tax reports and conduct thorough cost analysis to optimize the company’s profitability.
• Financial Reporting: Provide comprehensive financial and business performance reports segmented by product lines and profit centers to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Mergers and Acquisitions: Participate in identifying and executing mergers and acquisitions opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to the Board of Directors and investors as required.
• Other duties: Execute additional tasks as delegated by senior management.
Job requirements
1. Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a CFO, Deputy CFO, or equivalent position in companies with over 1,000 employees and annual revenue of at least $50 million.
2. Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. Strong proficiency in English, particularly in communication and presentation.
3. Reporting Line:
This position reports directly to the CEO, Chairman, and Investor Representatives.
