Demand & Supply Planning Staff

• Monthly update aging stock report (class/model/target quantity) to promote sales as Daikin Vietnam referring other affiliates

excess and old model list

• Inventory report: Download SAP beginning stock - compare with BPC stock and update to inventory report form, manually investigate & revise if any discrepancy found

• Allocation support: Review 5 month's forecast & project list from sales teams, compare with historical data & suggest allocation for special models/shortage models

• Sales & Supply Report: List down shortage & overstock models. Study for reason and suggest solution

• Monthly BPC forecast: Review 5 month's forecast & project list from sales teams, compare with history data and adjust so that current stock, production plan and sales demand match the best, upload final forecast data to BPC.

• BPC (Orders) reply check & PO: Check BPC reply to data and feedback if there is any adjustment needed, divide for South-North demand, create PO forms with quotation price and normal price.

• Shipment confirmation: Update sales progress, compare with current DAV stock & Factory's stock - send adequate shipping quantity to catch up with sales progress & forecast.

• OST orders management: Update ETD & invoice No. for every item.

• Inventory Management: Update sales result & compare with sales forecast - take appropriate action in order to maintain stock of every item not to be excess nor shortage.

• USI check: Send urgent request from Sales teams to factory - get ETD reply and suggest adequate action.

• Item master maintenance on SAP & BPC system.

• Education background: University graduate.

• 2 years of experience in demand planning

• Experience in sales operation is a plus.

• Dynamic, enthusiastic, logical thinking, detail-oriented and results-driven.

• Excel and English Skill.

• Self-study and willing-to-learn attitude.

• Good at communication and problem solving.
