Data Security Partner

• Single point of contact to consult on enquiries on information security and data protection topics based on company policies and national laws

• Create Information Security and Data Protection reports for Department Heads to review, and comply with company central directives

• Implement regular checks of IT access rights

• Create ISP training/awareness material in order to host and conduct training/awareness sessions for all supported associates

• Conduct audits regarding Information security and data protection in the supported departments

• Work towards regulation compliance for personal data information use in cooperation with the head of department

• Perform ISP risk analysis and identify mitigation measures

• Provide regular up-to-date relevant ISP awareness via mail, Teams, department meetings etc.

Technical Education: Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable studies

Working experience: 1-3 years

Experience (basic knowledge) in Information Security and Data Protection, ISO standard, Internal Audit, IT Operations, Compliance policy

Language: advanced English (understanding / spoken) and must have Japanese (N2 or above)
