Data Analyst/Strategy Planning Specialist

We are seeking a Data Analyst/Strategy Planning Specialist to support our team in analyzing data, conducting market research, and contributing to strategic planning. Reporting directly to the Manager, this role plays a critical part in driving data-driven insights and supporting decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, order receipts, and other key metrics using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).

• Conduct research on market trends, trade agreements, and other relevant topics.

• Assist in the planning and development of company strategies.

• Collect and organize sales activity information.

• Collaborate with sister companies to gather insights and understand their situations.

• Extract and process data for reporting and analysis.

• Maintain and update the customer master database.

• 3+ year of experience

• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Advanced data processing and analysis skills using Excel.

• Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to uncover insights and tell a story through data.

• Skilled in creating compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (writing and reading).

• Excellent communication skills to understand the overall context and provide appropriate solutions.

• Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
