Customs Declaration Staff

• Prepare and submit customs declaration documents for import/export shipments

• Ensure accurate and timely customs clearance procedures in compliance with local regulations.

• Work with customs authorities, shipping lines, and related agencies to handle clearance issues.

• Verify and process required shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

• Monitor the status of shipments and update relevant departments and clients.

• Advise clients on customs regulations, tariffs, and import/export requirements.

• Coordinate with transport teams, warehouse staff, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.

• Keep updated on changes in customs laws, tax policies, and trade regulations.

• Handle any arising issues related to customs clearance and provide solutions.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Managing and supervising our freight forwarding services' daily operations, with an emphasis on truck, customs, express shipping, sea, and air.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize procedures and resolve any operational challenges.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance, import/export, or logistics.

• Knowledge of customs laws, tax policies, and import/export regulations.

• Familiarity with customs declaration software and procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills to work with customs officers, clients, and partners.

• Proficiency in English (or other languages) is a plus.
