Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for answering inbound calls/emails/chats and resolving customers' queries related to pre & post journey.
- Work with relevant stakeholders such as Bus Companies for fulfillment of tickets booked.
- Document all interactions (calls, messages, emails) with customers and other external stakeholders.
- Work with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to improve the customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Job requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Spoken and written knowledge of English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work in shifts (including weekends and there could be a need to work the night shift).
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
- Years of Experience: 0-3 years experience.
