Customer Success (SaaS)
Job description
- Identify the essential needs of customers and develop and implement a success plan (on-boarding plan, schedule, etc.).
- Support for smooth introduction and operation of the service (e.g. introduction meetings with contractors, implementation of briefing sessions, etc.)
- Understand the decision makers, decision makers and decision flow, design scenarios for the next renewal and autonomously work towards a renewal agreement.
- Onboarding activities for large customers in collaboration with account managers, etc.
- Identifying new onboarding methods and product use cases, sharing them with the customer success organisation and sales, and providing feedback to development and product.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree as minimum
- At least 3 years of experiences as a customer success in SaaS companies (Japanese SaaS companies will be highly preferred)
- Experience in sales IT services will be a big advantage
- Fluent in English (good at Japanese is a plus)
- Comfortable with the start-up environment
