Job descriptions:
- Lead C/S team and develop the relationship with agency
- Contact to check shipping rates with the shipping company/ airline/ agent
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services
- Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers
- Collaborate with related department to arrange shipments smoothly
- Perform reports and other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a customer service leader
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Import-Export, Economic or related field
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Can communicate in Korean and English
- Good soft skills: communication, negotiation, organization
- Able to work under high pressure
- Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel.
