Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced After-sales customer service specialist with over 3 years of experience in service administration. The role is responsible for making and follow up the payments for services partners and suppliers, monitoring relevant department contracts, follow up the monthly operational expenditures, support the team and the customers in translation of Chinese language into Vietnamese language.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monthly making and follow up the payments for services partners about repair cases, follow the AR, payment for the service suppliers of aftersales department in order to run the company and services partner’s cashflow smoothly.
• Monitoring relevant contracts and report to the manager periodically, prepare docs to extend the contracts and submit to legal team to review and sign on time.
• Follow up with the monthly operational expenditures such as electricity, internet, rental house and service expenses in inhouse spare part warehouse and academy
• Support the team and the customers in translation, interpretation of Chinese language into Vietnamese language. Compose the documents, reports in Chinese language when required
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• High proficiency in written and verbal Chinese, proficiency in English language is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a customer service role within the HVAC, home appliance, or other consumer electronics sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product details to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, customer service software, and basic office applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.) to track service requests and resolutions.
• Capable of working closely with sales, technical support, and warehouse teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
