Mô tả công việc
• Execute customer’s service requirements from Bookings, Cargo movement to Data, Transmission
• The window for communication between China offices and SSIL for pricing issues
• Cooperate with agents to handle shipments
• Rate quotation for general inquiry if needed
• Customer relationship (external & internal), work with customers and vendors to improve our performance and services.
• Problem solving in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost impacts
• Main driver for OPS system transition/integration
• Other jobs arranges by Manager…
Yêu cầu công việc
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor degree
• At least 2 years experienced in Freight Forwarding in Sales, OPS or Customer services
• Ocean freight background preferred
• English and Chinese fluency
• Able to work independently or in a team work under high pressure
• Good communication, presentation and persuasion
Salary: as discussion
