Customer Service - LCL Consol

• Planning cargo loading effectively.

• Prepare the quotations/ tariff, sailing schedule, local charge, or other requests,… support sales/ and follow up to increase the winning ratio.

• Capturing customers/ agents' requirements and providing fast response.

• Build relationships with carriers and vendors.

• Create and manage daily booking and follow cargo status.

• Update shipping details to agents and closely monitor shipments until cargo arrives at the destination safely.

• Work closely with other departments: Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Operations… to enhance the work efficiency.

• Input buying/ selling rate in systems.

• Complete KPI goals set by the Boards of Directors.

• Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by the Line Manager.

• Priority experience with LCL about loading plan or support sales.

• > 6 months experience in the forwarding and logistics industry.

• English is a must.

• Customer and service-oriented.

• Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations.
