Customer Service Executive - Chinese Customers

Implement quotations, bidding documents, price adjustments, monitor price negotiations, and send official notices to customers and partners.
Drafting contracts/contract addendums. In charge of monitoring the signing of quotations, contracts, and receipt of originals. Prepare dossiers to monitor the handover of departments.
Receive and process customer complaints in accordance with the SOP and signed contracts.
Contact relevant departments (Sales, OPS, Docs,....) agree on a plan to solve problems and work with customers.
Consulting, updating, answering questions about policies and legal regulations related to the services provided.
Periodically collect customer information, have periodic meetings with customers, propose plans to engage with customers. Job details will be discussed in detail during the interview.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Graduated from a university or higher in the following majors: Logistics, Import and Export, Foreign Trade, International Business, etc. or related industries.
• Knowledge of the logistics and knowledge of international trade.
• Fluent use of Chinese (HSK5), English is an advantage
• Good communication, behavior, and situational skills.
• Work independently, know how to organize and manage time effectively.
