Customer Service Executive
Job description
- Inbound: To handle all customers’ requests on product and other claims service general information
- Outbound: To handle permanent punctual campaigns/ programs, initial claim handling & support.
- To support for quotation of standardized products
- To support sales and policy renewal process
- To daily report call center’s activities
- To update customer’s database.
- To contact with vendor for arrangement pre-inspection, update status for Sale’s inquiry
- To support Policy Management team in some admin tasks
- To back up receptionist job.
- To assume other duties as and when required.
Job requirements
- Communication Skills
- Ability to communicate effective in English & Vietnamese
- Co-operation
- Must be able to work independently as well as work effectively in CS-PM team
- Customer-oriented
