Job description

• Provide technical support for the installation, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment on site

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.

• Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

• Monitor and create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet service deadlines.

• Evaluate daily service operations and monitor work progress.

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical/ Electronic with Software elements

• Has a basic understanding in system, electrical or electronics design, automation, development

• Understanding or knowledge of verification and validation principles, methods and tools.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in electrical systems and lighting technologies, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Self-motivated and positive attitude

• Japanese: N2 level or higher.

Working Details

■Working Location: Suite No. 705, 7th Floor, HITC Building, 239 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi City, Viet Nam.

■Working days: Monday to Friday

■Working hours: 8:00~ 17:00

■Benefits: Annual Leave, bonus

■Probation Period: 2 months
