Mô tả công việc
• Prepare documents of exported goods such as bill of ships, notice of arrival, invoice, packing list ...
• Handling of customer enquiries and requests professionally to maximize customers' satisfaction.
• Verify/Update Customer Profile in the system.
• Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, service recovery and special service requirements.
• Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency.
• More detail work will be discussed at the interview.
Yêu cầu công việc
General requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree holder major in Logistics/Supply Chain/Economics/Foreign Trade.
• Good command of written/spoken English, Chinese language capability will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• A recent graduate student or 1 year experience in shipping lines/logistics related field.
