Job description
Position Title: Customer Service Air Freight
Corporate Unit: EUSU Logistics Vietnam Co. Ltd
Location: HCM Office
Reporting to: Team leader of HCM Office
Role Summary:
• Handling Export Documents & Import Cargoes.
• Follow up import, export schedule
• Key in to systems
• Contact with customer & support customer to solve trouble cases
• Report to manager or upper level when required
• Complete the assigned job when required
• Co-operation with other Departments (Customs, Accounting team to do other tasks smoothly)
Specific Accountabilities
• Have functional knowledge in air, sea logistics, incoterms
• Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job requirements
Required Skills:
• Be honest, active, disciplined, team works spirit and punctuality
• Have good communication skills in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing
• Be reliable, highly responsible at work
• Be good at planning/organizing and time management
• Have ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
• Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Experience and Qualifications
• University degree, majoring in Foreign Trade, Business Administration or relevant fields
• At least 2 year experience working in the same position
