Customer Service Admin
1. Enquiry and checking of spare parts in store and ensuring accurate update of parts qty on time.
2. Responsible for coordinating activities to quote for spare part and service charge to Customer.
3. Order processing of spare parts and coordinating with outward shipping for importing & delivery to customers.
4. Monitoring inventory of stock level in Store.
5. Support Service Engineer with Warranty Parts Claims.
6. Co-ordinating with Finance on billing and following customer’s payment.
Job requirements
1. University Degree
2. At least 03 working years in Customer Service
3. Strong commend in English – written and spoken
4. Excel is a must
5. SAP knowledge is plus
6. Ability to work under high pressure and carry out multi-tasks
