*** Purpose of the Job/Job Mission:
- Responsible for preparing, coordinating, closing sales for Bühler portfolio of services, spare parts and building relationship with customer and driving market for maximising sales profits.
- This is the initial phase within the sales career path and subject to a comprehensive understanding of Bühler the company, the technical knowledge of solutions promoted and sound familiarity with current selling techniques to reach set targets.
- Candidates without technical experience can access to this initial sales positions, once equipped with openness to sales soft skills and willingness to acquire the minimum technical knowledge, required to perform in basic sales negotiations. In the same way, this function represents the access gate to the sales career path to all the technical expert candidates, which have to deep invest in the sales soft skill, in order to cover the role properly
*** Essential Functions:
- Drive Customer Service order processing & fulfilment process for assigned countries, include managing customer enquiries, quotations, sales and orders for spare parts.
- Proactively follow up with customer on Buhler’s quotation proposal and drive for sales to meet business targets and goals.
- Perform and follow through customer quotations process and keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Advise customer regarding the function and use of Spare and Wear parts.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather relevant information from the customer to enable you to identify and fulfil his/her need.
- Identification of spare parts
- Processing of technical / commercial enquiries (feedback, pass on to 2nd level)
- Co-operation with Second Level Support in the Quotation Process
- Create complete Client Quotations for Service Solutions, Spare and Wear Parts (commercial/ technical)
- Work with BOMs (Bill of Material / Part List), customer project documents, technical drawings
- Coordination of delivery, invoice and payments
- Attend to customer complaint and warranty claim
- Proactive arrange customer visits if necessary
- Interact with multiple stakeholders as necessary for support on technical and commercial enquiries from customer.

*** Educational Requirements:
- University degree in economics, engineering, or related fields
- English level: Conversational in business working environment.
*** Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Customer Service, Manufacturing, Installation or Service, Sales
- Basic knowledge machinery and familiar with MRO
- General experience and familiarity with commercial environment
- Planning, organizing and coordinating skills in an international environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors.
