Job purpose: In order to enhance GSK Vaccine competitiveness in market and strengthen Digital Marketing team, this position is created to manage Digital Marketing activities across all GSK Vaccine brands. 1. Meet business expectations at highest level within GSK standards and values. 2. Integrate different brand activity plan with portfolio managers. 3. Execute global integrated campaigns in line with specific business needs. 4. Collect Stakeholder insight, analyze secondary and primary data and derive territories intelligence to feed regional and global teams for better experience.
Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute disease awareness campaigns on Zalo, social media, SEO and SEM platforms, crafting compelling content to educate and engage the target audience. 2. Optimize the current digital platform, tiemngua.com, and explore new avenues like appsto expand our disease awareness reach. 3. Harmonize the disease awareness journey from online to offline, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience. 4. Collaborate closely with the brand team to align disease awareness efforts across multiple brands and achieve our disease awareness objectives. 5. Plan and execute disease awareness campaigns with precision, tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure success. 6. Showcase creativity in content creation that adheres to brand communication guidelines, GSK policies and local laws and regulations while effectively promoting disease awareness. 7. Leverage operational analytics to assess the effectiveness of disease awareness campaigns on different digital channels and respond accordingly to drive maximum engagement. 8. Manage allocated resources and budgets for disease awareness initiatives, optimizing their impact across various digital platforms.
Yêu cầu công việc
Key requirement: 1. Minimum of 05 years of experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a strong focus on disease awareness initiatives. 2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful disease awareness campaigns through various digital channels. 3. Proficiency in optimizing digital platforms and exploring new opportunities to raise awareness. 4. Excellent project management skills, ensuring well-planned and executed campaigns with measurable results. 5. Experience in utilizing Zalo, social media, SEO, and SEM to effectively promote awareness. 6. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 7. Local language required for the role (Vietnamese). Proficiency in English communication.
