- Lead the development and execution of innovative communication strategies and campaigns for Home Credit Vietnam, targeting diverse products and customer segments.

- Drive strategic alignment of communication initiatives with business objectives and oversee the creation of high-impact content in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Continuously evaluate and optimize communication efforts to enhance message delivery, audience engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.

- Design content A/B testing scenarios

- Ensure full compliance with promotional regulations, including proper registration with local authorities and clear terms and conditions.

- 5+ years of experience in marketing or CRM communications, proven experience in leading small teams

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.

- Familiarity with CRM software, financial products knowledge, and strong analytical abilities.

- Solid knowledge of regulatory and legal restrictions on Vietnamese market.

- Knowledge of financial products and channels used in finance industry.

- Critical thinking, ability to read complex flowcharts.
