Description Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement the hospital's tech strategy in alignment with organizational goals. * Oversee critical IT systems, including EHRs and medical devices, ensuring performance, security, and scalability. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and HITECH. * Identify and adopt emerging technologies (e.g., AI, telemedicine) to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. * Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to address technological needs. * Manage the IT department's budget and resources effectively. Profile * Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and operational challenges * Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-disciplinary teams. * Inspires high performance, manages complex projects, and prioritizes effectively under pressure. * Experience in healthcare application development, APIs, integration, and DevOps. * Expertise in telemedicine platforms, virtual care, and remote patient monitoring. * Expertise in EMR, HIS, interoperability, and standards like HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and CCD. * Experience in healthcare AI, data analytics, and NLP applications.
