CS cum Doc for Inbound and Outbound

- Send/ receive Pre-alert to/ from oversea agents and follow up.

- Contact shipping lines/ co-loader to place booking for outbound.

- Create SI/ HBL/ AWB/ TLX HBL, Send SI, VGM for outbound, Arrival Notice, eDO for inbound shipments (using Liner / Port / Company OMS systems)

- Chase for MBL/ TRI from shipping lines

- Create job, key billing for shipments in charge on company OMS system.

- Proceed payment claim for incharge shipment and make sure the payment is on time.

- Follow up shipments status till they are completed.

- Update shipments details into summary report in public folder.

- Back up for other team members as and when requested by direct supervisor.

- Handle other customers' requests as assigned by management.

- At least 1 years working experience in logistics/ freight forwarding companies at similar position/ scope of work.

- Good at negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge at logistics market.

- Good at English communication skills.

- Chinese language proficiency is a plus (intern positions available for those without experience)
