Credit Administration Analyst

This position will report to Head of Credit Middle Group_Vietnam

Working in Credit Middle Group, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Ha Noi Branch (CMG Hanoi), main duties to be focused in the field of credit administration of the, including:

- Checking draft relevant loan documents against approved credit terms and conditions

- Condition Precedent checking before line registration

- Registration of credit facilities into relevant systems

- Due date control of facilities and collateral

- Covenant monitoring and covenant test checking

- Internal and external reports related to credit, including to Head Office and local authorities

- Other credit administration control tasks assigned by CMG Head and Management

- Good at English in writing and speaking

- Good knowledge of relevant legal regulations related to credit, credit risk management

- Good skills in data management

- Good communication, cooperation and relationship with other relevant departments

- Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure.

- Enthusiasm, adaptability, team-spirit are required.

Preferred language for received applications: English

Education Required: Bachelor Degree. Major in Banking and Finance

Years of Experience Required:

- At least 5- year experience working in banking industries

- Priority to at least 1-2 year experience working and handling jobs related to credit administration in foreign banks
