Position: Country Sales Manager
Industry: Electronic Test & Measurement Tools
Reports to: Managing Director
Develop and execute growth strategies to meet revenue and market share targets.
Expand and manage sales channels, driving business development.
Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand awareness and customer reach.
Optimize sales funnel management and track opportunities via CRM.
Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure sales policies and processes align with corporate guidelines.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
MBA or Business Management qualification preferred.
Strong experience in sales and channel management.
Proven leadership in driving commercial success.
Industry experience in Utilities, FDI, or Semiconductor is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; strong analytical and leadership abilities.
