Description
* Develop comprehensive marketing plans in line with event strategies to meet objectives and KPIs.
* Oversee and manage the marketing budget effectively.
* Ensure smooth execution of marketing plans by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as freelancers, media, and PR agencies.
* Track the performance of marketing channels, including PR, digital, and social media, ensuring their effectiveness.
* Support event execution on-site, coordinating with partners to meet milestones and timelines.
* Drive the adoption and engagement of e-products, achieving assigned metrics.
* Conduct post-event surveys to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
* Coordinate event-related content, including panels, conference programs, and other activities, both during and outside event schedules.
Profile
* Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
* Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Experienced in organizing special events and managing media partnerships.
* Demonstrates strong collaboration, time management, and coordination skills.
* Self-motivated and committed.
* Knowledge of design and layout is an advantage.
