Costing Specialist, Footwear (HCM, Ninh Tan District)

• Provide transparent, consistent and competitive product cost/cost analysis, supporting sourcing, product and marketing team to reach the business margin target.

• Be responsible for footwear product costing for specific ranges under Wilson footwear.

• Capable to validate material price, pattern usage, process cost, bottom unit price, component price and drive cost conversation with factory partners to provide timely, fact-based, accurate CBDs at key development stages and buy stages.

• Daily follow up including tooling investment tracking/settlement, cost analysis for continuous improvement.

• Lead the costing review at each key development stage. Work closely with Wilson IEs and factory costing team to identify and capitalize on cost savings, and to ensure price/value optimization.

• Collaborate with HQ teams and liaison teams to achieve successful business strategy.

• Bachelor's degree or above in any disciplinary

• 5 years or above experience in product costing experience and price negotiation with T1/ T2

• Footwear costing experience is highly preferred

• Proficiency in English. Mandarin is preferred.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Solid computer skills in MS Office, SAP, Centric.
