Corporate Communication, PR and CSR Executive

The PR Executive will play a key role in supporting Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for CapitaLand Development (CLD) Vietnam in the Southern region. This position involves assisting in developing and implementing strategies to enhance CLD’s brand awareness and reputation. Key responsibilities include supporting media relations and CSR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Public Relations:
• Develop and prepare communication materials such as press releases, Q&As, speeches, and talking points.
• Organise and facilitate media gatherings, interviews, and media tours to properties, ensuring effective media engagement at events.
• Handle communications during issues and crises.
• Monitor and analyse media coverage of the company and industry trends across print, online, broadcast, and social media platforms, and evaluate the effectiveness of media communications efforts.
• Monitor social media conversations and leverage insights to enhance customer experience and corporate branding.
• Assist in generating engaging content for social media platforms.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for speaking engagements.
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct report, including handling paperwork, preparing reports, and assisting with standard operating procedures (SOP) and audit-related matters.
II. Corporate Social Responsibility:
• Identify, evaluate, and execute CSR projects focused on education, and development for vulnerable children and youth.
• Coordinate CSR initiatives at the Group level through the CapitaLand Hope Foundation.
III. Additional responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of corporate events.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for sponsorships, and corporate awards.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the local media landscape, and experience in managing media relations and handling crisis communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
