Contracting Executive (Inbound Travel)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracting Executive to join our dynamic team at JD Tours. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the seamless integration of contract details into our company systems. Your expertise will help us secure the best possible terms from our suppliers while maintaining accurate records and distributing essential information across teams. With a strong focus on organization, accuracy, and effective communication, you will be instrumental in supporting our operations and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to effectively manage contracts with suppliers (including hotels, cruises, transportation, tour services) and secure favorable terms.

• Ensure data accuracy loaded within the company's system.

• Maintain and organize the supplier contract database on the internal shared drive.

• Accurately track and distribute special offers from suppliers to the relevant teams.

• Monitor contract rate expiration proactively and liaise with suppliers to obtain the most up-to-date rates.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Vietnamese National with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Inbound Tourism.

• Strong skills in analysis, organization, and planning.

• Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and logical thinking.

• Excellent English communication skills, particularly in writing.

• Proficiency in learning new technology and working with software applications, with competence in Excel.

• Hardworking, accountable, and a strong team player.

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn on the job.
